HOA Meetings

HOA meetings are a vital part of how our community stays informed, involved, and well-managed. These meetings provide a structured environment where homeowners and the HOA Board of Directors can discuss important topics such as neighborhood improvements, financial planning, community rules, and long-term goals.

There are two main types of HOA meetings:

  • Membership Meetings (such as the Annual Meeting) are open to all members of our HOA. These meetings are where we discuss matters that affect our neighborhood.                                                                                                    Next Membership Meeting will be held in October 2025 - Details TBA

  • Board Meetings are held by the elected Board of Directors and focus on the day-to-day management of the HOA. While homeowners are encouraged to attend and observe, voting and formal decision-making are handled by the board members.

Regular participation in HOA meetings helps strengthen communication, build trust, and ensure our community continues to thrive. We encourage all residents to attend, stay informed, and take an active role in the association.
